9 Account Cancellation & Suspension

KK9 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• At the user's own request

Users may request account closure at any time. To self-exclude, please contact support. Any withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

KK9 is not liable for the following:

• Loss or damage caused by issues with the user's own device or software
• Issues caused by delays from third-party payment providers
• Account loss due to unauthorized access where the user has shared their credentials
• Temporary service disruption due to technical errors

11 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between KK9 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

• Start by submitting a written complaint to KK9 customer support.
• KK9 will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
• If the matter remains unresolved, either party may refer it to an independent third-party mediator.
• All final decisions will be made in accordance with the guidelines of KK9's licensing authority.

12 Amendments to Terms & Enforceability

KK9 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of KK9 after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
